Vineyards: Sandy and calcareous vineyards located in southern Spain

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholisation by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated.

TASTING NOTES

Elegant pale colour with a crisp and ripe apple nose. Beautifully balanced with a touch of sweetness undercut with just the right amount of acidity.

The bottle contains less than 150mg per litre of sulphites and is gluten free.
