It has delicate bubbles that help lift the flavours and create a rounded mouth feel.
Grapes: Merlot. Grown and crushed in Emilia-Romagna.
Pairs well with: Spicy food, Pork, Beef, and hearty stews. Can also be enjoyed as an aperitif on a hot summers day served on ice.
