Alcohol-Free Sparkling Red Wine

A gently de-alcoholised, 100% Merlot-based sparkling red wine. Vegan friendly with zero added sugar. 

Crafted from Merlot grapes, meticulously fermented with the skin on, our alcohol free wine has a deep, ruby-red colour. Its bouquet offers elegant notes of cherry and vanilla, while the palate has more vibrant forest fruits and redcurrant, delivering a rich and refined experience. It has delicate bubbles that help lift the flavours and create a rounded mouth feel.

Grapes: Merlot. Grown and crushed in Emilia-Romagna.

Pairs well with: Spicy food, Pork, Beef, and hearty stews. Can also be enjoyed as an aperitif on a hot summers day served on ice.
